Our task was to design a replica of the Arc Reactor chest lighting prop from the Iron Man films. What made this particularly challenging was the limited source material for reference. Our first design was 0.75 inches (19mm) and worked well. Our second design reduced the size to 0.38 inches (9.7mm) and is currently being manufactured.
